All orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days from date of order, depending on your delivery address. Orders are dispatched from Cape Town. We will notify you via email when your order is on it's way!

We currently only deliver to areas within South Africa. However, orders can be placed from anywhere in the world. 

If you have made an error in your product choice then no cash refund will be made, we will however offer you either a store voucher or an exchange. Please let us know within 48 hours if this is the case. Exchanges and vouchers of the original product amount will not include courier fees. The item must be in its original condition (unused and unwashed). Customers are responsible for all courier fees - this includes courier of the item back to Rainberry Baby and then courier of the exchanged item back to you. The customer can choose how to send the item back to Rainberry Baby (Paxi, PostNet, Aramex drop off, etc).

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return the product and we will offer a refund on your payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

All orders over R1500 qualify for FREE shipping.

Rainberry Baby is an online store only. We do not have any physical stores, YET.

All orders are dispatched from Cape Town.

Each gift voucher purchased online is emailed to you with a unique code, which you can either use for yourself or forward to someone as a gift. 

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

A Rainberry Baby gift voucher is valid for 3 years from the date it was purchased. 

Can the gift voucher be exchanged for cash?

No, the gift voucher can only be used as payment in the Rainberry Baby online store. 

Can a gift voucher be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.  

Can more than one gift voucher be used towards a purchase?

Yes. You can redeem another gift voucher during checkout.  

How can I check my gift voucher balance?

Please send an inquiry to info@rainberrybaby.com with your gift voucher code and someone will let you know your remaining balance. 

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.  

Yes, definitely! Many orders placed on our website are sent to loved ones as gifts. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world for delivery to someone anywhere in South Africa. 

All orders are sent out without any price tags attached.
